In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, players will engage in deniable operations, fighting the battles that never happened to stop a conspiracy decades in the making. The weapon loadout screens looked incredibly similar to its Modern Warfare/Warzone counterparts, but the weapons and gear menu is straight from the '80s and features guns like the AK-75u, M16 and Spaz-12 shotgun. World powers grapple for control and a hidden threat looms. While the multiplayer was still in its alpha stage, the gameplay looked pretty crispy, but it did appear to be a bit more arcadey. There were some notable new features, like loadout cooldowns and a revised killstreak experience that seem to make them easier to come by. This year's reveal was heavily involved with the Twitch and MLG community as streamers and pro players gathered in special Cold War lobbies to duke it out classic and new game modes like deathmatch, search and destroy and VIP escort. Call Of Duty makes its bread from a rabid competitive multiplayer community that can't wait to see the new weapon, maps, perks, and other features.

While Treyarch and Activision came in hot with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War story reveal, we all know the information people really want to sink their teeth into is the game's multiplayer functionality.
